Please note that these delivery costs are for England, Wales and Mainland Scotland. For deliveries to Highlands & Islands including Northern Island and the Isle of Mann the standard delivery charge is £19.95 per order. Please select the Highlands & Islands option in the checkout. Orders are normally despatched within 48 hours. Please allow 3-5 working days for our standard delivery service. FREE DELIVERY

UPGRADED DELIVERY
At the checkout you will be given the opportunity to upgrade your shipping to one of the following options- Next Working Day Shipping, Next Day Guaranteed Shipping and Saturday Shipping. Orders received before 1pm will be shipped that day for next day delivery.

Important Information
Please note large orders which include our Urban Cedar range have to be shipped by our haulage company and may be subject to an additional charge for England, Wales and Mainland Scotland. General Information
To protect ourselves from fraud, products will not be dispatched until payment is confirmed. If payment is by cheque, we will not dispatch your order until we have received the cheque and the funds have cleared into our bank account.
Our Commitment To You
We will endeavour to despatch goods as promptly as possible. The maximum period before despatch is 21 working days unless specifically agreed with you the customer. If any item you have chosen is unavailable; we aim to contact you via your e-mail address or via phone within 24 hours.Please note that the couriers and delivery services we use tend to deliver during the working day. You may find it easier to give a work address if it is unlikely that anyone will be in to accept your order.
