Returns Policy HEADING_TITLE

PerryPerry is committed to keeping your custom. So if for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, simply return it to us within 14 days and we'll exchange the item or refund the purchase price to your account. We'll also refund the delivery charge if the return is due to a faulty product or an error on our part. For items received damaged please notify us within 7 days of receipt. All our products come with a 12 month guarantee.

If the items you have ordered arrive separately, the 14 day return period for each item starts when you receive that item. For a full refund, goods must be returned, with all packaging, in their original unused condition.

Returning Unused Items By Post

If you wish to return goods, you must contact us by e-mail at service@perryperry.com

  • Quote your order reference number, item(s) you would like to return and the reason.
  • We will then issue you with a returns reference number.
  • Package the return securely in the original packaging, and include any paperwork. Packages must be returned pre-paid, and for your protection, we recommend that you use Royal Mail Recorded Delivery. The cost of returning items is your responsibility.
  • Send the package to the returns address printed on the front of the package or (click here) for return address.
  • We will deduct our postage costs on returned items up to a maximum of £15.00

Upon receipt of the returned goods, we will give you a full refund of the amount paid or an exchange, whichever you prefer. Postage costs will be deducted on returned orders. Please remember that you must take care of the goods you return. Returns will not be accepted if the goods have been damaged by you or in transit back to our warehouse.

Faulty Items

In the unlikely event of a fault with your product, you must contact us by e-mail at service@perryperry.com

  • Quote your order reference number, The item(s) and fault.
  • Most problems can be resolved without the product being returned to us but should we request the product be returned, please follow the guide below.
  • Products will either be repaired, replaced or refunded dependant upon the circumstances. Should the same item not be available you will be able to select a product to the same value.

Returning Faulty Items By Post

  • Package the return securely in the original packaging, and include any paperwork. Packages must be returned pre-paid, and for your protection, we recommend that you use Royal Mail Recorded Delivery. If you would like the delivery charge refunded please remember to include the receipt for this cost. Please note we will only refund the cost of postage for the Royal Mail Recorded Delivery service. Please do not send items by Special Delivery unless authorised by us.
  • The maximum delivery charge we will refund is £6.95, should the return cost be higher than this please email us with your order number and delivery charge amount. We will then either authorise this amount or arrange collection of the item(s) by our courier service.
  • Send the package to the returns address printed on the front of the package or (click here) for return address.
