The Urban Cedarä tub is constructed using old age Cooperage procedures. We do not supply flat staves to produce a round hot tub. Each stave is milled with concave inner and convexed outer surfaces.

Our hot tub Staves (side boards) are precision milled to .001". We manufacture a truly "curved stave" Wood hot tub which is unique to the industry. The end result produces a perfectly round hot tub, with no flat surfaces inside or out with no gaps between the staves inside the tub. Our tubs are milled from premium grade Western Red Cedar.

We import them exclusively from our supplier in the USA and every component is of the highest quality.

Our tub bottom boards are invisibly secured with wedged tongue and grooved joints, which produce an extremely strong and smooth surface.

Our compression bands are constructed of stainless steel. They will never rust or stain. The all round seating is a standard feature on all sizes. Other choices are available.
